| Ask the Carey Brothers: Cleaning vinyl siding
Q. I have a small, portable one-room air conditioner that I've used for several years. Now, some of the grease has leaked from the rear of the unit onto the vinyl siding of my house. How do I clean it off?
A. Always try soap and water first or the cleaner that is recommended. Having said that, and because the grease you're describing is probably a petrochemical based material (not silicone), it can probably best be cleaned using something like gasoline or acetone.
First, make sure there are no flames or sparks nearby, and turn off and disconnect any nearby appliances that could spark while you're working. No smoking during this project.
Then, simply put a very small amount of gasoline onto the rag and wipe. The stain will disappear.

Areas of research include medicine, bauxite, agriculture, food-processing industries, disaster management, crucial geological data and theories, atmospheric physics, notably global warming. Some of us can recall the issue of the salt that we export to Guyana becoming discoloured before arrival, ackee research, sickle cell, etc. The faculty has also produced many scholars in the areas of inorganic-reaction mechanisms, catalysis, organic synthesis, polymers, natural products, carbohydrate chemistry, climate-impact studies, Caribbean tectonics (geology), and Mona geographic information systems (GIS).

Jen and Violet's Pink Pants Peek-a-boo!
Jennifer Garner and Violet just going about their business may not be the most thrilling, but they certainly find ways to make the daily routine exciting for themselves. Yesterday the favorite momma/daughter duo kept it simple with a trip to Whole Foods and then to the park. They played some peek-a-boo and Violet rocked her toy cell phone around her neck. An afternoon at the grocery store and swings may have nothing on finding a maybe new pet kitty, but Violet's smile is still big as ever. Helping underprivileged boys
Miriam Braun came a long way to spread her message to Boca Raton. Her motivating factor was a group of 6 to 15-year-old underprivileged boys who are the key to her heart. "Their families are poverty stricken, dysfunctional, and the children suffered severe physical and emotional abuse and neglect in their earlier years," said Braun. Braun recently visited Boca Raton Synagogue to raise awareness of the Sanhedria Children's Home in Jerusalem, Israel, which is a rehab center for children at risk who have been removed from parents' home by court order and who are referred by Social Services. The children come from dysfunctional households, where there is often a history of alcoholism, physical and verbal abuse, and many come from an underprivileged background.
